Symptoms / Solutions:
Hard-key driver installation is only required for older generation of hard-key (green hard-key).
Hard-key driver installation is not required for the current hard-key used (white hard-key) and for trial code.
The installer for hard-key drivers is included on the DVD version of FDCS installer under \Hardkey\Install.exe location.
Run Install.exe application to install the drivers.
