Symptoms / Solutions:
On some of the computers, drag and drop files into the Data Explorer has no effect. This behavior is most likely due to the Windows User Account settings.
To correct Windows User Account settings, go to User Account Control Settings dialog box and set scroll bar position to “Never notify”
In the Registry Editor go to following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Policies > System
And change the value of the key EnableLUA to 0.
