Sales Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on-site in Saint-Laurent, QC. The Sales Administrator will support our Sales & Commercial Operations team by managing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer and representative (REP) relationships, and supporting day-to-day sales administration activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and understands the importance of teamwork and supporting all departments when needed. Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing quotations for customers and representatives (REPs)
- Following up with customers and REPs regarding quotes and inquiries
- Receiving, reviewing, and processing purchase orders (POs)
- Entering and maintaining accurate information in internal systems (CRM/ERP)
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
- Supporting sales reporting and administrative activities
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and communication
- Assisting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with order processing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new tools and processes
- Understanding of teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – required
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or ERP tools – an asset
- Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems
- Knowledge of sales processes and tools is a plus
- Fluency in both English and French is highly recommended
