Inventory Assistant (Entry-Level)
As part of our growing logistics team, the Inventory Assistant plays an important role in supporting daily warehouse and inventory activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The role includes inventory management, organization, preparation, and issuance of parts and materials to help ensure inventory accuracy, support production flow, reduce errors and inventory losses, and support daily operations. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Enter received merchandise into inventory by verifying product identification and storage location.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Prepare internal orders for production, assembly, and transfers.
- Perform inventory movements and updates in the ERP system (training provided).
- Support the supervisor with cycle counts and participate in the annual inventory process.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or potential shortages.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities (bilingual is an asset).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Willingness to learn internal tools and systems (ERP, scanners, procedures).
