production. As a Focus Microwaves Application Engineer (Electronics), you will work with some of the world’s leading technology companies to define and implement the latest trends on power amplifier design.
We are looking for an Application Engineer (Electronics), ideally with a Technical Degree, who is passionate about engineering. We are on hyper-growth mode, and we are looking for an individual who wants to make an impact working for a game changing company, that builds a disruptive product with a mission to innovate.
Qualifications
This position requires the following skillsets and attributes with an emphasis on technical expertise and
communication skills.
• Embedded system design with Microcontroller
• C- Programming skills
• Schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM and Gerber generation, preferably using Eagle.
• Knowledge of the low-level communication protocol (USART, SPI, I2C, CAN)
• Good surface mount soldering skills.
• General prototyping and debugging skills
• Programming of measurement instrument (Visa standard, SPCI commands)
• Analog and digital circuit design.
• Power electronics (MOSFET, switching circuit)
