Dr. Xu joined Focus Microwaves in 2007 as test and support engineer. In 2008 Dr. Xu has been named responsible for installations and support of all of Asia, including Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong and, especially, mainland China.

Dr. Xu visits China regularly 4 to 5 times a year for system installations, seminars and customer training. Dr. Xu has performed several major system integrations and Training seminars in Korea, Hong Kong and China to full customer satisfaction.

Dr. Xu's involvement has helped increasing Focus systems awareness, market share and customer satisfaction considerably.

For this Focus' Management has promoted Dr. Xinyu Xu to Senior Test and Support Engineer and extended a Special Performance Award for 2009.
